It has been two weeks since Goulet’s surgery to remove the scar tissue in his trachea and he no longer gurgles and wheezes when he breathes. Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald (from E-Vet Interns on Animal Planet) assisted Dr. Mader in the tracheoscopy to ensure Goulet was ready for release….and he was! The team piled onto a boat shortly after the procedure and assisted in Goulet’s celebrity send-off. A special thanks to Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald for donating his time to assist in Goulet’s exam and release!
