Adoption Mix-Up

To all the adopted sea turtle parents: Last month we experienced a computer glitch and unfortunately many of our adopted sea turtle parents received updates and renewals from the wrong sea turtle. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, and wanted to re-assure all of our parents that the problem has been identified and resolved. The next update or renewal you receive will be from the correct sea turtle you adopted. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
