Join us as we release Grace, a loggerhead sea turtle back to her ocean home on Saturday, April 6th at 2:00 p.m. off of Anne’s Beach (North entrance), MM 73 in Islamorada. Grace was found floating in a neighborhood canal in the upper Keys on January 13th where she was rescued and taken to the TurtleHospital. Grace most likely suffered from an impaction that caused an intestinal infection. Grace was treated with beano and a broad spectrum antibiotic. She is fully recovered and ready to go back to the wild!
