Sigsbee, a Loggerhead sea turtle arrived January 04, 2004 from Sigsbee Naval base in Key West. Sigsbee has a lung infection and abscess that we will be watching carefully.
RELEASED: Sigsbee was released on Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 2005. Hospital staff, volunteers, family and friends gathered to release Sigsbee near the seven mile bridge in Marathon, Florida. Sigsbee was very thankful, and we were too.
