‘Moe’ recently perked up and became a very active little turtle after losing some weight! This turtle came in with a 1.1-lb. tumor attached to his right front flipper making it difficult to swim. Thanks to Dr. Gerry of Marathon Veterinary Hospital, the tumor was removed and Moe seems much more comfortable.
Moe is now in a full tank of water and can’t get enough of squid and lettuce! He will undergo surgery this upcoming Thursday to remove more fibropapilloma tumors.
