A juvenile Green Sea Turtle was found near Plantation Key Colony in Tavernier. The small turtle had been hit by a boat prop which caused wounds to the head and left front carapace.
The wounds do not appear to have affected either the brain or internal organs so staff is optimistic for recovery. Angie does NOT have any visible fibropapilloma tumors.
