This juvenile Hawksbill sea turtle was found entangled in plastic debris on July 27, 2004. As a result, Hawkeye’s left rear flipper was amputated. Hawkeye is swimming well dispite the loss of his tiny rear flipper.
RELEASED: Released on March 30, 2005 in the Dry Tortugas off of Key West, Florida.
