Duke, a sub adult Loggerhead sea Turtle was released on December 7 after undergoing rehabilitation since March. He was found floating and  treated for a body cavity infection.

The release was performed near the Seven Mile Bridge, on the North shore of Knights Key.

Staff eased him into the water.

And without looking back, he was off.
